There is no specific Driver Installation Steps.
1. Connect the Video Capture with Mac and Device.
2. Power on the Device.
3. Click "About this Mac" then "System Report...", then "USB", Finally,
you can find "USB VIDBOX FW Audio".
Otherwise please check the following issues:
1. If the LED lights on.
2. If the Cables are connected sound and safe.

AVC0X - Windows - Copy-Right Protected Issue
I want to transfer my private VHS to DVD but it keeps saying its "Copyright Portected". The manual says to email you. Please help ASAP.
Note:
1. The USB Grabber Does Not Support copy any CopyRight Protected Media contents.
2. HDCP & Analogue Content Protection (ACP) Copyright protection cannot legally be bypassed, and We does not offer any products that do so.
Solution:
1. Please make sure the VHS is private usage.
2. Download the CaptureMode.zip file. Download Link: /u_file/1708/file/b2e51b26ad.zip
3. Unzip CaptureMode.zip to CaptureMode.ini
4. Copy and replace the file by unzipped CaptureMode.ini
C:Program FilesArcSoftTotalMedia ShowBizcom.ArcSoft.CaptureModuleCaptureMode.ini
[Note: This is the default installation location. If you installed to specific location, please find it and
replace accordingly.]
Note: This requires the administrator operation right.

Question: Why I can only find my computer's camera. Not find the mentioned "USB2.0 VIDBOX FW"?
Please solve the issue with the following steps.
1. Connect USB Video Capture with Computer and VHS Device properly.
2. Check the Blue LED lights on.
Driver Installation Checking
1. Run as administrator and open Device Manager.
"USB VIDBOX FW Audio" & "USB2.0 VIDBOX FW" must be showned under "Sound,video and game controllers".
If you can not find them are only find 1 of them, Please Uninstall the present driver and reinstall it.
a. Unplug USB Video Capture
b. Un-install the driver clearly
c. Re-start Windows OS
d. Re-install the driver
e. Plug the USB Video Capture to see if you can find both of the "USB VIDBOX FW Audio" & "USB2.0 VIDBOX FW" @ Device Manager.
2. Run ArcSoft ShowBiz
a. Connect USB Video Capture with VHS Device and the Available USB 2.0 Port on the Computer.
b. Open ArcSoft ShowBiz
c. At the "Capture Module", you will find B & C showing correctly.
AVC0X - macOS - How to Reinput Serial Number on macOS?
How to get the Serial Panel Back on Mac OS.
A. Connect the USB Grabber with MacBook & Connect RCA to DVD or other RCA enabled devices.
B. Hold Down "Command" & "Option" Keys at the same time.
C. Then click & run "ezcap VideoCapture".
D. The Serial Panel will pop out.
E. Input the correct Serial Number.
AVC0X - No Audio from VCR Recordigs
For Windows Users, we suggest to check the following steps.
Open ArcSoft ShowBiz ---> Capture Panel ---> Audio device.
Please make sure if you can see USB VIDBOX FW Audio?
Then click "Device Settings" to Open Property Window. Please
check if the Video standard is properly?
While for the Mac OS Users, The sound settings should be open in advance.
a. Open ezcap VideoCapture software
b. The sound will be heard if you put mouse on the Video Playing Window.
c. Go "Record" --> "Record Sound" to Open "Audio settings".
d. To make all of sound "On"
Then you can heard sound during recording & replaying. -
